Verifying the "Current Period"

Before printing General Ledger financial statements, you should always verify that the Current Period field in Accounting Period Maintenance (GRMU) is set to the period for which you want to print financial statements.

1.   Display the Accounting Period Maintenance window.

2. Verify that the Start Date and End Date in the "Current-14." fields reflect the starting and ending date of the period for which you want to print financial statements.

3. If the dates are not correct:

   • click in the Start Date column of "Current-14." and type the correct start date.

   • Click in the End Date column of "Current-14." and type the correct end date.

   • Click Change.
