Print Financial Stmt Layout Edits (RGLA)

Use the Print Financial Statement Layout Edits (RGLA) report to print an edit list of financial statement layouts that you created in the Financial Statement Layouts window.  This list will print sequence numbers for each line of detail.  You can use this list to help you insert or delete lines on the financial statement, because you must enter any changes to a layout using the system-assigned sequence number.

1. From the Eagle Browser, click General Ledger. From the General Ledger Menu, under the heading "General Ledger Reports," click Print Financial Stmt Layout Edits (RGLA). The Print Financial Stmt Layout Edits report window displays.

2. If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run. Otherwise, continue with the next step.

3.  (Optional) From the   page, you can limit the number of layouts that print on the report by entering a Starting Layout Number and Ending Layout Number. If you want all layouts to print, leave these fields blank.   

4.  From the   page, review the default entries in the fields and make changes if needed. For a definition of each field, click here.

5. Click Run.
