Use the Print Sample Statements (RGSA) report to print samples of financial statements. The information on this report prints the layout as a sample statement (all "9s" will print in the Amount columns). You can use this report to make sure that the correct spacing has been used and underlines are in the correct place. This report shows the layout of the financial statement. Use this report in conjunction with the Financial Statement Layout Edits (RGLA) report to decide what corrections are necessary.
From the Eagle Browser, click General Ledger. From the General Ledger Menu, under the heading "General Ledger Reports," click Print Sample Statements (RGSA). The Print Sample Statements report window displays.
If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run. Otherwise, continue with the next step.

In the Layout Number field, enter the layout number for which you want to print a sample statement.
(Optional) If you want to print a sample statement for a particular financial entity, enter it in the Financial Entity field. If you want to include all entities, leave this field blank.
