If you have budgets set up for more than one fiscal year, and you want to limit the budget years that print on the Print Budgets (RGGC) report, enter a starting fiscal year in this field. Make sure you also enter an ending fiscal year in the Ending Fiscal Year field.
If you want to include all fiscal years' budgets on the report, leave this field and the Ending Fiscal Year field blank.
