General Ledger Options

Select Options from the Tools menu to set up General Ledger options to be used when entering journal transactions. To display the General Ledger Options dialog, from the General Journal Transaction Processing (GGMU) Add Mode window,

1. Click Tools.

2. Click Options.

3. Use the down-arrow to the right of the Next By box to select User Code or Account Number.

   Your selection determines how the Next button on the toolbar will work. If you choose User Code, then clicking the Next button displays the next transaction for the user code designated in the User Code box. If you choose Account Number, then clicking the Next button displays the next transaction for the account number designated in the Account Number box.
