Training Mode: Refresh
You can refresh the Training Mode data with a copy of your live data.
A Refresh will copy into the Training Mode a current copy of your live
data and erase all Training Mode data that is there now. For example,
you might want to Refresh the Training Mode after you purchase a new application
or install a new level of software. Then you can practice the new features
in Training Mode with a current copy of your data.

An
Install or Refresh of the Training Mode will quiet the system. Therefore,
do not attempt this if you are open for business or the system is currently
completing other tasks (running reports, backup, etc.). Also, a Refresh
will erase any work that you have already completed in the Training Mode.
For example, if you added a customer record in Training Mode or saved
POS transactions in Training Mode, that data will be erased when you Refresh
the Training Mode.
