Welcome to iNet, one of the Epicor Solutions Inc.™ series of Internet applications. iNet allows you to provide better service to your professional customers by offering them, via the Internet, the following online services: OrderPro, Accounts On-Line, On-Line Statements, Online Invoices, Catalog On-Line, and e-Store.  For more information about purchasing any of these iNet features, contact an Epicor Direct sales representative at 800-538-8597, or send an email to inet@activant.com.

How Does iNet Work?

Your customer uses his or her PC to send data service requests, via the Internet, to your Epicor Eagle™ system. Your Eagle provides the requested information to the web server, which in turn sends the information to your customer. At no time is your customer's PC directly connected to your Eagle; rather, the customer's PC is merely sending requests to the Eagle for information via the Internet.

Where Do I Begin?

The online help system can assist you in finding out what you need to know about iNet. Look at the list of books on the left side of your screen. Inside the iNet book you'll find other books with information topics. Double-click a book to open or close it. The topic list displays when a book is open. Double-click a topic to display it on your screen.

In online help, the books and their respective topics are presented in a specific order to assist you in the setup process. Therefore, it is important that you read the topics and follow the setup steps in the order in which they are presented.
