Use this field in Physical Inventory Posting (PIP), or use the Qty Counted fields, to post the results of the physical count. You may enter a numeric value— positive or negative— equal to the difference between the value in the Beginning Quantity field and the quantity that was counted during a physical inventory. For example, the Beginning Quantity of an item is 5, but you actually have only 3 in stock. You would enter a difference amount of -2.
Only one Manual Diff value can be posted per type of shrinkage for each SKU.
Do not use this field in conjunction with the Quantity Counted field.
