This field field in the Maintain Bill of Materials window determines whether or not this component can be deleted (or the quantity changed to 0) from the Bill of Materials at POS.
If this field is set to Y, the clerk can not delete this component (or change its quantity to zero). If this field is set to N, the clerk can delete this component (or change its quantity to zero).
