Use the following procedure to set up a default printer from which you want to print labels. You do not have to follow this procedure if either of the following are true:
You only have one printer installed in the Printers folder of your PC
You want to use the PC's default printer as the printer at which laser labels will print
Click the arrow to the right of the Subsystem box and select System from the drop-down list.
Click the arrow to the right of the Options box and select "Terminal Options" from the drop-down list.
Click Display.
In the grid that displays, click in the Current Value column of Windows Label Printer Name, then click the down-arrow that displays to the right of the box.
In the Enter Label Printer Name dialog, enter the name of the printer. The name you enter must match the name of a Windows printer on the PC that is running the labels.
Click Change.
