Follow the procedures below to set up POS Network Printing for Network Access. This feature allows POS transactions to be printed to any dot matrix printer set up on the network.
Verify that the POS printer(s) are set up and functioning correctly on the network by printing a Windows test page.
From the Eagle Browser, select Utilities (on the left side of the window), then select Device Configuration.
Double-click Invoice Printer, then click Device.
From the Choose a Style dialog box, select option 2, 3 or 4 to set up your printer(s). Follow the prompts to select the printer, etc.
Click the MISC button on the toolbar and select the option "Network Access Settings." Check the "Network Invoice Printing" box and click OK.
Close the Device Configuration window.
Start Network Access and go into function MTR.
Use the table below to identify the correct settings for the Printers field.

In the Invoice Printer # field, enter 98 (Network POS Printing used at this station).
Press the <CHANGE> key to save the MTR settings.
Repeat steps 1 through 10 on each Network Access POS station that will need to print POS transactions.
