The Loyalty Analysis dashboards provide you with all the information you need to effectively monitor your promotion and loyalty programs.
The Promotions Analysis dashboard contains sales and profitability data for all of your promotions, both regular and dynamic promos. In addition, you can now see which customers are participating in these promotions, and how effective these promotions are with different types of customers.
The Items Tab will show you all of the items in the selected promotion, and their performance statistics.
The Customers Tab will show you a listing of Customers who participated in the selected promotion. From this list, you can drill into the list of transactions and the items on the selected transactions.
The Customer Analysis dashboard is a complete look into your customer sales information. It answers questions as to: Which customers are most loyal? How are your employees doing adding new customers to the program? Which customers are taking advantage of your loyalty programs, and which customers might need a follow-up?
This grid shows the customers added in the last 7 days including whether they are a loyalty customer or not, and their current period sales. You can change the date lookup to see a longer history.
This chart shows sales for Loyalty and Non-Loyalty customers over the days specified. It is filtered by the criteria from the top of the Customer Analysis page.
This analysis shows the highest return volume customers that meet the filter requirements. It is limited to the Top 100 customers.

This analysis is used to audit returns where Bonus Points were awarded. Since Bonus Points are a flat amount based on a purchase and not tied to a quantity purchased, they are not returned with a credit return. For example, you award 500 bonus points with the purchase of a gallon of paint. If the customer buys 3 gallons, the total award is 500 points. If they return 1 gallon, no Bonus Points are returned because of the partial return. This report shows all returns of items that received bonus points when sold.
This analysis shows the customers who have earned the most loyalty points that meet the filter requirements. It is limited to the highest 100 earners.
This analysis shows the customers who have highest loyalty points balance that meet the filter requirements. It is limited to the highest 100 balances.
This analysis shows the customers who have redeemed the most loyalty points that meet the filter requirements. It is limited to the highest 100 redeemers.
This analysis shows those customers with declining sales over the last 6 months.
This analysis shows those customers with increasing sales over the last 6 months.
This analysis shows customers who have been inactive since the date on the analysis.
This analysis provides information on your loyalty points program. It shows points earned by item, by date, and by customer. In addition, you can see redemption history and whether the redemption was by coupon or gift card. Any criteria entered in the fields at the top of the page will filter the results of each of the tabs below.
This is a listing of the items that have earned your customers the most points in the time period shown. It is filtered based on the criteria in the selection area of the page.
This is a summary of points earned grouped by date range and inventory categories. You can view data by Day, Month, and Year as well as by Store, Department, Class, and Fineline. From the Summary section, you can drill into the Details section to see each transaction.
Details Section:
This is a listing of points converted by your customers. The Summary area shows points converted by date and conversion type (Coupon or Gift Certificate). From the Summary section, you can drill into the Details section to see each transaction.
Details Section:
Tracking coupon issuance and redemptions allows you to know which coupons are valuable and which aren’t. This analysis will show you a redemption summary for each coupon meeting the filter criteria. From the Summary section, you can drill into the Details section to see more information.
Notes:
· Only Dynamic Coupons tied to a Coupon SKU will report for redemptions.
· A 1 to 1 relationship between Dynamic Coupon and Coupon SKU is recommended for optimal redemption reporting.
· Serialized coupon tracking is available via Compass Analytics only on this release.
This grid will show all coupons meeting the filter criteria specified at the top of the page. It contains statistics for the number of coupons issued, number redeemed and a redemption percentage. You can drill from here to see items purchased when the coupon was redeemed, as well as customers using the coupon.
This report is a market basket for the selected coupon and date ranges. It shows all items purchased most frequently when the selected coupon is redeemed.
This report shows all of the customers who redeemed the selected coupon.
