(Optional) Changing the Download Time for Offline POS

By default, the system downloads the daily offline POS refresh to your PC at 7am daily.  If necessary, use the following procedure to change the download time. The download to your PC must occur between the time maintenance finishes (approx. 5:30am) and at least 15 minutes before your store opens. You only need to change the download time once.

To change the download time:

1. On the taskbar, click . If this icon is not on your taskbar, then from the PC’s desktop, click Start, Programs, Eagle, Utilities, Scheduler. Then click the Scheduler icon in the taskbar.

2. On the Schedule dialog box, click Scheduler.

3. In the Scheduler box, click Daily Refresh Offline POS Data.

4. In the Time box, type or select the hour and minute you want to run the download (refresh) of updated offline files created on the Eagle system.

5. Click AM or PM.

6. Click Change Task at the bottom of the window.

7. Click Daily Refresh Offline POS Data, and repeat steps 4-6.
