The Sierra Log on the Eagle, and the Activity Log on the PC show you important information regarding the results of downloading the Offline POS Database to your PC(s). If this is the first time you've ever downloaded offline files, check these logs to verify that you have offline files available, should you ever need to utilize Offline POS. Thereafter, check these logs periodically to verify that your offline files are being updated regularly.
From the Network Access Main Menu, type SHOWLOG and press <Enter>.
