Advanced Special Order provides you with several features to enhance your ability to create, order, and track special order items. You can:
designate special order items you want to be added to a Buyer's List. From the Buyer's list, the buyer can add special order items to the Inventory file if they are not already on file, and place special order items on POs.
designate a will-call location for special order items so that the items can be easily located when customers come in to pick them up.
check the receipt status of special orders from the POS window.
allocate purchase order receipts to backordered special orders, and print pick tickets for them.
change the cost of items on special orders automatically when their cost changes during receiving.
