Recalling Suspended Transactions

Use the following procedure to recall a suspended transaction and complete it.

  1. Display the POS window.

  2. If you have a receipt printed by an Epson receipt printer which includes a barcode representation of the suspended transaction's document number, place your cursor in the Customer field, and scan the barcode to retrieve the suspended transaction.  Then continue as you would with a regular transaction.

  3. If you don't have a receipt you can scan to retrieve the transaction, then do the following:

The Suspended Transactions dialog box displays a list of all suspended transactions.
