Use the following procedure to recall a suspended transaction and complete it.
Display the POS window.
If you have a receipt printed by an Epson receipt printer which includes a barcode representation of the suspended transaction's document number, place your cursor in the Customer field, and scan the barcode to retrieve the suspended transaction. Then continue as you would with a regular transaction.
If you don't have a receipt you can scan to retrieve the transaction, then do the following:
From the posting or header screen, with the screen blank as if you are starting a new transaction, click Suspend.
The Suspended Transactions dialog box displays a list of all suspended transactions.
Click on the suspended transaction you want to complete, and click OK.
The transaction displays on the posting screen.
Continue as you would with a regular transaction.
