POS Touch: Install Touch Panel Control

The Microsoft .NET Framework 4 must be installed prior to installing the POS 2.0 Touch Panel Control. The Microsoft .NET Framework 4 can be found by running Windows Updates and selecting it from the Optional Components Section. If you need additional assistance, please see your System Administrator or contact your Epicor Local Platform Specialist (LPS).

1. Go to the C:\3apps\Temp folder and extract the TouchPanelInstall.zip file to this location or to another folder accessible to the target PC. 

2. Double-click the TouchPanelInstall.msi icon to begin the installation. When the Epicor Eagle POS Touch Interface Control window displays, click the box to accept the terms in the License Agreement, and then click Install.

3. From the window displaying the status of the Eagle POS Touch Interface installation, click Next when the installation completes.

4. Click Finish to exit the Setup Wizard.
