Set up paid out/in reasons on the Epicor Eagle™ system. Security bit 552 controls Paid-Outs, and bit 613 Paid-Ins.
To set up paid out/in reasons
From the Eagle Browser, type PDO in the Launch bar and press Enter (you can also access PDO from the Misc menu in Options Configuration). The Paid Outs Viewer displays.
You can change any of the default descriptions of the Paid Outs so that they better suit your business needs. To do so, click in the Description column of any Paid Out, and type the new description.
Click change. The paid out reasons change.
Paid out reasons should only be changed before beginning POS/Order Entry for the day.
