Setting the Rain Check Default Days

You can enter the default number of days a rain check expires. The expiration date prints on the rain check. You can also change the expiration date when creating a rain check.  

To set the rain check default days

  1. Display the Options Configuration window.

  2. Click the arrow to the right of the Subsystem box and select POS from the drop-down list.

  3. Click the arrow to the right of the Options box and select All Options from the drop-down list.

  4. Click Display.  

  5. Click in the Current Value column of the Default for Raincheck Days? field.

  6. Click the arrow that displays.

  7. Enter the desired number (from 1 to 99), and press ENTER.

  1.  Click Change.

  2. Multistore:  Assign the desired number of raincheck days to your other stores.
