You can enter the default number of days a rain check expires. The expiration date prints on the rain check. You can also change the expiration date when creating a rain check.
To set the rain check default days
Click the arrow to the right of the Subsystem box and select POS from the drop-down list.
Click the arrow to the right of the Options box and select All Options from the drop-down list.
Click Display.
Click in the Current Value column of the Default for Raincheck Days? field.
Click the arrow that displays.
Enter the desired number (from 1 to 99), and press ENTER.
Click Change.
Multistore: Assign the desired number of raincheck days to your other stores.
