There are two screens in POS: the Header screen and the Posting screen. The Header screen contains information such as the account number, job number, ship-to address, etc. The Posting screen is where you actually ring up items. Depending on how your system is set up, the Header screen or Posting screen may display first. From the Posting screen, click Customer and then click Header to display the Header screen. From the Header screen, click Post to display the Posting screen.
