Pass off accounting entries from Advanced Receiving to Accounts Payable via Purchasing Passoff (APP). You do this after you have finalized a receiving document with the Receiving Documents Report (RRV), Option F.
Pass off COGS and Inventory Adjustments to General Ledger, via the Daily Journal Report (RDJ) with Options FZ (this should already be in your end-of-day queue). This is necessary because if average cost is updated in Advanced Receiving, and items sold between the time the original PO was finalized and now, the system needs to adjust your Inventory Adjustments and COGS Adjustments accounts in General Ledger accordingly.
