Displaying Raincheck Information in Purchasing

If an item on a PO is also on an Advanced Raincheck in point-of-sale, you can view raincheck information about the item.  This information can help you make buying decisions.  For example, the To Date Percent Sold field tells you how often rainchecks are actually redeemed.  If the percent in this field is low, you may not want to order the full amount in the Raincheck Quantity field.

1. With your purchase order displayed, click Post to go to the posting screen. For more information about displaying a purchase order, click here.
2. Double-click on the item for which you want to view raincheck quantity information.
3. Click Misc.  A dialog box displays.
4. Click Show Raincheck Quantity Information. A dialog box displays the quantity information for the item's raincheck(s).

5. Click OK when you are finished viewing the raincheck information.
