The Menu area of the PO Worksheet contains standard Windows menu functionality, providing the means to navigate to additional functionality within the window.
File – this menu item provides a means to save or load a view, to print the screen, to print the desktop, or to quit the application.
Action – this menu item lists all of the available toolbar actions and their associated function keys.
Reports – using this menu item allows you to quickly access several Purchasing-related reports without leaving this screen. As an added feature, many of the reports auto-populate with the displayed purchase order information when launched from this screen.
Tools – within this menu option are contained the ability to change your color schemes, edit the sounds that are played by the application, and to edit the toolbar buttons and their order on the toolbar. If you would also like to record or edit keyboard macros, this is the location where these activities can be found.
Help – should you need to access the on-line help; you can use this menu item. You can also get information about what revision level you are on from this menu item.
