Kit Record Report (RKR)

Use the Kit Report (RKR) to review the components of a kit, to get a list of kits and available quantities, and to update costs and retail price for a kit. If you haven't set up kits yet, see the Kit Setup topic.

  1. From the Eagle Browser, click Reports Menu, Inventory Reports, Kit Record Report (RKR). The Price Change Report window displays.

  2. If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run.  Otherwise, continue with the next step.

  3. From the page, review the default entries in the fields and make changes if needed.  

  4. Click . A page of fields displays.  

Select the option(s) that correspond to what you want to do--update cost, update kits' QOH, or update cost and retail. You can select more than one option (except not O and U together). If you simply want to print a list of kits, select option C (Print Cost) or leave the options blank.

  1. (Optional) Click . Fill in the desired fields to include or exclude groups of items .

  2. (Optional) Click . Fill in the fields if you want to fax the report.

  3. Click Run if you are running this report now, or click Queue if you are adding this report to a queue. For more information about creating queues, click here.
