Kit Record Report (RKR)

Use the Kit Report (RKR) to review the components of a kit, to get a list of kits and available quantities, and to update costs and retail price for a kit. If you haven't set up kits yet, see the Kit Setup topic.

1. From the Eagle Browser, click Reports Menu, Inventory Reports, Kit Record Report (RKR). The Price Change Report window displays.

2. If you have set up a Default Report Profile for this report, you can simply click Run to use the defaults. Or, you can retrieve a saved report, make any necessary changes, and click Run.  Otherwise, continue with the next step.

3. From the page, review the default entries in the fields and make changes if needed.  

4. Click . A page of fields displays.  

Select the option(s) that correspond to what you want to do--update costIf you have changed costs in the Inventory File (via Inventory Maintenance, Item Price Change, Receipt Posting, etc.), this option will update the kit's cost based on its components., update kits' QOHSelect this option to update the kit SKU's quantity on hand. This ensures that you know how many kits you have available for sale, based on the availability of the components., or update cost and retailIf you have changed costs and you want to update both the cost and the retail of kits, select this option.. You can select more than one option (except not O and U together). If you simply want to print a list of kits, select option C (Print Cost) or leave the options blank.

5. Click . A page of fields displays.

• Multistore: In the Store field, select the store for which you want to print kits. If you want to print kits in all stores, select ALL (which blanks out the Store field.

• In the lower portion of the window, fill in the desired fields to limit the items that are included or excluded.

6. (Optional) Click . Fill in the desired fields to include or exclude groups of itemsUse one or more of the code fields to include or exclude items from the report.
   The codes are fields in Inventory Maintenance (IMU). To use the codes to limit the items selected for the report, type the code in the appropriate field and position within the field. Then use the Exclude field to specify if items with that code should be included or excluded. Here are two examples for using codes:
   1) There are items in Inventory Maintenance with a D in the second position of the User Code field. You don't want to include these items on the report. To do that, type D in the second position of the User Codes field. Then type Y over the N in the second position of the Exclude field. This tells the system to exclude items with a D in the second position of the User Code field.
   2) You want to include only items that have a Popularity Code of A in Inventory Maintenance. To do this, type A in the Popularity field. Leave the N in the Exclude field. This tells the system to include only A coded items. .

7. (Optional) Click . Fill in the fields if you want to fax the report.

8. Click Run if you are running this report now, or click Queue if you are adding this report to a queue. For more information about creating queues, click here.
