Closing Date

This field is required on the RSM report. Enter the last day of this statement's billing period. The closing date should:

• always match the terms code closing date in Terms Code Maintenance for the account(s) you are printing

• be the same closing date you used to calculate finance charges

The closing date determines:

• the date used to age the balances that print on the statements

• the newest document to include on the statements.

• the due date that prints on the statements

Enter the date in MMDDYY format.  For example, 033101.
