By selecting various Audit Options on the RPH report, you decide:
the content of audit reports
what shrinkage history records to update
what reported and updated audit records to empty from the Audit File
A = Use Average Cost. Calculates dollar values with the Average Cost rather than the Replacement Cost.
D = Double Spacing. A standard option.
F = Finalize Audit Report. If the Function MPI "Include IMU/LOD Changes in Shrinkage History?" constant is set to Y, a shrinkage history record is created for each selected audit record containing a QOH field change. The audit record is then deleted.
If the Function MPI constant is set to N, each selected audit record is deleted and no shrinkage history record is created.
J = Suppress Pre-Page. Do not print the preliminary page showing which options and ranges have been selected.
N = New Page for Each User. Use this option if you want a new page to print for each user.
P = Include Record of Additions. This option restricts the report to only those audit records created by a successful <Add> operation in Inventory Maintenance. (in MPI, the Audit IMU/LOD Additions and Deletions? field must e Y for audit records to be created.) If used with Option F, these audit records are deleted as they are printed; no history records are ever created.
The format for these audit reports is the same as for Option Q, except that the Beginning QOH, Ending QOH, quantity and dollar value of the change, and the Shrinkage Type are excluded because they do not apply.
Q = Include QOH Change Audit. This option restricts the report to only those audit records created by clicking the Change button in Inventory Maintenance. If the Function MPI "Include IMU/LOD Changes in Shrinkage History" constant is set to Y, Option Q prints the audit record information as follows:
User ID and name
SKU
description
department
class
location
date, time, terminal, and origin of the change
beginning QOH
ending QOH
quantity and dollar value of the change
shrinkage type
R = Include Record of Deletions. This option restricts the report to only those audit records created by a successful "delete" operation in Inventory Maintenance. If the Function MPI "Audit IMU/LOD Additions and Deletions? constant is set to Y, selected audit records that were Inventory Maintenance deletions print. If Option R is combined with Option F, selected audit records print and are then deleted from the Audit File.
T = Print Totals Only. A standard option.
