UPCs Not Used in Last __Months

Enter the number of months the system should use to determine which UPCs to purge. When you purge UPCs, the system deletes  the UPCs from Function MUPC (Modify Universal Product Code).                              For example:

You want to purge UPCs that you haven't used in the last nine   months. Type 9.       The system considers a UPC  unused if the item hasn't been  scanned in the last XX  months (XX = the number of months you enter in this field).   You can scan UPCs in the  following applications:         * POS/CPOS                        |

      * PIP (Physical Inventory Posting)

* QPIP (Quick Physical Inventory  Posting)

 * EPIP (Electronic Physical  Inventory)

This field is numeric. You can enter a number from 3 to 99.   You can't enter a number lessthan 3. UPCs must be inactive for at least three months before  you can purge them. This protects you from purging new   UPCs which you haven't used yet.  When you press <Run>, the system purges the UPCs based on this field and the From/To range you specify.  If you use Option X, this field is required.
