Use this field in the Suggested Order Report window to include or exclude specific items from being included on the Suggested Order Report (RSO).
I = Ignore PO Season Code. If you use PO Season Codes, you can use this option if you want to ignore them on a particular RSO.
K = Include SKUs with the Kit Record field set to Y in Inventory Maintenance, the Codes tab.
O = Select only items whose quantity on order is zero. The system considers only those items whose Qty On Order field in Inventory Maintenance, the Stocking tab, is 0.
P = Select all items in the From/To range that you specify, except those that never print on a suggested order (see the topic "Items That Always or Never Appear on Suggested Orders" for more information.). All items print, including those that you don't need to order. The New Order field on the report shows what the suggested order quantity would be if you use Other Option F (Create a Final PO). This option does not update the New Order Quantity field in Inventory Maintenance, the Stocking tab. To update that field, you must use Other Option E (Set New Order Field). You can't use Option P with Options F or W.
S = Select only items whose new order quantity is one or more. The system rounds the quantity based on the Printing Seq or Order Calc options you use.
T = Store Closeout T items only. This option allows you to create a PO for only the items you transfer in from another store (i.e. the other store is your supplier). To use this option, the items you transfer in from another store must have a T ("Transfer Item Only") in the Store Closeout field, which is located on the Codes tab of Inventory Maintenance. Then you can use the PO to Tran feature to turn that PO into a transfer request. Note: Selection Option T in RSO does NOT round the quantity needed to the ordering multiple.
Z = Select only items whose quantity on hand is less than one. The system selects only those items whose Qty On Hand field in Inventory Maintenance, the Stocking tab, is less than one. It ignores items whose Qty On Hand field is blank, or greater than or equal to zero.
