Many Epicor Eagle™ for Windows applications contain hyperlinks, which allow you to quickly access a related application, or display a related viewer. Hyperlinks are distinguished by their blue underlined text, as in this example:
From the application you are using, click the desired hyperlink.
You will either be taken to a related application, or to a viewer that gives you more information about the field. For example, if you are in the Inventory Maintenance window and you click on the Prime Vend hyperlink, you will be taken to the related application "Vendor File Maintenance." If you click the Qty on Order field, the Purchase Order Viewer displays.
If the hyperlink took you to a related application, you can now add, modify, or delete information in that application. For example, if you were taken to the Vendor File Maintenance window, you could add, modify, or delete a vendor.
If the hyperlink took you to a related viewer, you can view the information in the grid. For example, if you were taken to the Purchase Order Viewer, you can view the purchase orders that contain the displayed SKU.
Click Close to close the related application or viewer.
