Record "buyers signature missing" alerts

(ID# 3340) This Alerts option in Options Configuration only applies if the option "Require a buyer with a signature in Purchasing & Receiving" (option 3372) is set to Yes.

If this option is set to Yes, and the buyer doesn't have a signature on file (the buyer is the person whose initials you entered in the "Buyer's Initials" field on the PO), the system records an alert when the PO is faxed or laser-printed with the Purchase Order Format Report (RPO).

You can specify a default buyer’s signature for the system to use if the buyer does not have one on file by using the option "Default buyer signature when faxing or printing from RPO."
