Offline Database Refresh Exclusions

(ID# 9345) Use this POS option in Options Configuration to reduce the amount of time the Offline Database Refresh takes by choosing to exclude certain types of data.

Select L to exclude loyalty customers whose Standard Sell Price in Customer Maintenance is set to Retail.

Select A to exclude information used to lookup by alternate part number in Offline POS.

Select M to exclude information used to lookup by manufacturer part number in Offline POS.

Select U to exclude information used to lookup by UPC in Offline POS.

Select I to exclude customers that have not had recent activity on their account. Enter the number of days in which activity must have occurred for the customer to be included in the Offline Database Refresh in option 9346 "Activity limit for customer to be included in Offline Database Refresh."
