Viewing Security Bit Usage for Roles

Use Review Security Bit Usage for Roles to have the system display all roles that include a security bit you specify.

1.  From the Eagle Browser, click System Management, Security Maintenance, Role-Based Security Maintenance. (Alternatively, you can type RBS in the Launch bar, and press Enter.)
2. Click Misc, and select Review Security Bit Usage for Roles.

3. Type the security bit number you want to view, and click OK.

The list of roles displays.

4. You can now do any of the following:

• Click OK to display the list in Notepad, where you can print the list, and assign someone to review it.
•  If you want to remove the security bit from a certain role, highlight that role, and select Change Role to change the security bit to No for that role.  
• To simply close the dialog, click Cancel.
