Welcome to Epicor Eagle™ Spooled Reports for Windows. At the most basic level, a spooled report can be defined as a report that has fully processed, even though it has not physically printed. When you spool a report, a copy of the report is available in the Spooler Maintenance window, where you can view the report on the screen (or you may choose to print it). Your end-of-day, month-end, and year-end reports are normally set up to automatically spool before printing, in the event that you need to reprint any or all of them.
The easy-to-use online help system can assist you in finding out what you need to know about the Spooled Reports application. Look at the list of books on the left side of your screen. Inside the Spooled Report Maintenance book you'll find other books with information topics. Double-click a book to open or close it. The topic list displays when a book is open. Double-click a topic to display it on your screen.
To learn more about the online help system, open the Using Help and Other Training Resources book and then open the Using Online Help book. Read the topics in that book and you will find out more about navigating the online help system.
For more information about the classic Spooled Reports application you access from the Main Menu, refer to your Spooler Procedures Guide.
