(ITR users only)
The following describes columns that are specific to the ITR viewer:
ITR Number and ITR Seq #— These are internal numbers and do not relate to the inventory item. They are transaction numbers / file keys and you will probably not display them in the ITR viewer. When working with the Eagle Advice Line, you may find it useful to display the ITR Number column, as an easy way to refer to a particular ITR record.
Qty Stk UM— This is the transaction quantity. For some ITR entries, such as Direct Ship items, there will be a quantity in this column even if the transaction did not change inventory QOH.
Category— The type of ITR change made in the Source. For a list of possible entries in the Category column, click the Categories link (near the top of the window, above the Store field).
Source— An application or utility-type function. A change in this application resulted in the ITR record. For a list of possible entries in the Source column, click the Sources link (near the top of the window, just above the Store field).
Sub-Source Type and Sub-Source— These columns provide additional information about the type of change made to the SKU. See the following table for a list of possible entries:

Cuts and Mods Desc, From SKU, and From Store— These columns display information about Cuts and Mods transactions. The Desc column shows the description of the To SKU , the From SKU is the original SKU of the item you cut or modified to create the To SKU, and the From Store is the store from where the From SKU came.
C1, C2, C3, C4— These are user-definable codes associated with the ITR record. Each field is a single character (number or letter) and can be changed by the user. The code fields are display only and do not flow-through to any application or report. The ability to change the code fields is not controlled by security.
Summary Batch— This field relates to the POS transaction ITR records.
GL Passoff— This field determines if the ITR record is eligible for passoff to GL. If you have security bit #685, this field can be changed from E to N or from N to E. If this field is X, it cannot be changed. For the ITR record you want to change, click the field, then enter E or N. Or, click the down-arrow to open a dialog box to display a list of valid entries. Other codes in this field are: P-Passed-off, B-Bypassed pass-off (transactions that were N when GLP ran are then changed to B), and Z-used to be E (Eligible with a .00 cost) and remains a 0.00 cost after the days specified in option 3073 "Number of days to hold ITR adjustments with a zero cost" (See ID 3073 in Options Configuration for a definition of this option).
GL Original Passoff— This is the GL Passoff code as it was originally set by the ITR record.
GL Passoff Changed— This field is set to Yes if you change the GL Passoff eligible code.
Override GL Account— If the GL Passoff column is set to E (Eligible) and you have security (bit #686), you can enter an account number in this column. For the ITR record you want to change, click the field, then enter an account number. Or, click the down-arrow to open a dialog box to display a list of existing account numbers.
GL Passoff Account— This is the GL account that GLP passed off to.
Note — This field allows you to add a note to any ITR entry. You can create a note in the following ITR Viewers: By SKU, By GL Passoff, and By Category. You can also access notes through the Misc menu. Once a note has been added, the Note column has a hyperlink containing the first 32 characters of the note. You can click on that link to modify, delete, or view information about the note.
If any of the pricing columns (for example, the Average Cost column) display two places after the decimal point, you can customize the column to display three decimals. Right-click the column header, point to Column, then click Customize Column.
The Cost Used column indicates "Cut/Mod" if the transaction originated from the Cuts and Mods application.
