Setting Up Ace Rewards Customers in ARCM

(Ace Rewards users only)

Use the ARCM window to link a charge customer’s Ace Rewards ID number to his/her account number in Customer Maintenance.   

Note: this procedure is for charge customers only. Cash customers are downloaded via EFM. See the topic "Downloading Ace Rewards Promotions and Cash Customers," for more information.

  1. For existing customer accounts, do the following to enter the Ace Rewards ID number:

  2. From the Eagle Browser in the Launch box, type ARCM and press Enter.

  3.  Select the appropriate account in the Customer field.

  4. Enter the customer's Ace Rewards number in the Ace Rewards field, and click Change.

  1. For customers that do not yet have an account in Customer Maintenance, and will be allowed charge privileges in your store:

      • Add a new account in the Customer Maintenance window. Note: Enter a customer number that does not begin with an asterisk (*). Be sure to enter a Y in the Charge Allowed field.

IMPORTANT!  You MUST set the Charge Allowed Field to Y.
