You must link Best Rewards® loyalty numbers to accounts, which may either be an in-house charge account or a cash basis account. Below are the steps to entering Best Rewards® loyalty customers on your Epicor Eagle™ system.
Complete the steps provided by Do it Best Corp. to fill out a loyalty application and enroll customers into the Best Rewards® Customer Loyalty Program.
Using a completed application form (with the attached loyalty card sticker), continue to the next step.
If you are creating a new in-house charge loyalty account, you must set up the customer in Customer Maintenance) first and then use the BRLC window to assign their loyalty information, as described in step 4.
To set up loyalty information for an account in the BRLC window:
From the Eagle Browser, type BRLC in the Launch bar, and press Enter.
Enter the customer’s account number and press Enter, or select the account from the drop-down list.
In the BRLC ID field, enter the Best Rewards® loyalty account number from the loyalty sticker.
(Optional) Assign an account code to your Best Rewards® customer for tracking purposes.
(Optional) Consider whether you will want to track departmental sales; if you will, set the "Dept Sales History field to Y."
(Optional) If the customer is set up as a cash customer, you can set the "Purge Archived Invoices" to the length of time you wish to maintain this customer’s transactions in QuickRecall. Otherwise, the length of time will default to the setting specified in Maintain QuickRecall constants (MQK) in Options Configuration.
Click Change to save your changes.
