Requirements for LMC Electronic A/P

Before you can setup LMC Electronic A/P, the following requirements must be met:

Check Software Level

Complete the following to verify that Level 24 (or higher) software is installed.

  1. From Network Access at the Function prompt, type PCO and press <Enter>. The Show PCO Level screen displays.

  2. Check the Programs field, it should be 24.nnnn (or higher). If the Programs field is less than 24, contact the Eagle Advice Line at 1(800)-322-3077 to order the latest software level.

  3. Press <End> to exit the screen.

EAPT Must Be Enabled

An Epicor representative must activate the EAPT option for you.

Available Email Account

A working email account is required to use LMC Electronic A/P. This email account must be able to receive many messages. Therefore, Epicor recommends that you do not use a free email service (such as Yahoo or Hotmail) that limits email capacity or uses a spam filter that might automatically delete emails that contain electronic A/P information.

You must be able to access the email account from a PC that has Network Access installed.

LMC Setup

Contact your local LMC representative to have LMC set up your account for Electronic Invoicing. And once you have completed all set up procedures, contact LMC again and ask them to send you test emails.

Customer Contact Information Provided to Epicor

Contact Epicor and provide them with your customer number, customer name, receiver ID, and email address. Epicor will then enter this information and set up your account on their system. And once you have completed all set up procedures, contact Epicor again to test the setup. Using the test emails that LMC sent you, Epicor will help you test the upload procedure to make sure it is working.
