Add Report Definitions in DEF for EFM

To receive electronic file maintenance data (EFM) from Orgill Brothers, you must create report definitions. They are easily created by copying existing report definitions. You'll create the report definitions only once, then they are saved in the system and available each time you receive EFM data. Do the following (must be done in Network Access):

1. From Network Access at the Function prompt, type DEF and press <Enter> to display the Report Format Definition screen.

2. At Report Definition Name, type DISNEW and press <Display>.

3. Press <Enter> to move the cursor to 'Copy To' Definition Name, type ORGNEW, and press <Invoice>. A message displays, REPORT DEFINITION COPIED.

4. Press <Clear>. At Report Definition Name, type DISEFM and press <Display>.

5. Press <Enter> to move the cursor to 'Copy To' Definition Name, type ORGEFM, and press <Invoice>. A message displays, REPORT DEFINITION COPIED.

6. Press <End> to exit the screen.
