Quick Add is an Eagle feature that allows you to quickly add customer accounts from POS. You can use it as a tool to add and update True Value Rewards (TVR) member information.
Build a “default” customer in Customer Maintenance for each store. For more information, see the topic "Setting Up to Add Accounts in POS."
Set each of your Point of Sale terminals to display that “default” customer. From Customer Maintenance, select Tools from the Menu and then select Options. Enter your default customer number, select the “Auto Add to Next Customer” check box, and set “1” in the “Increment #...” field. Then click Accept.
This is a “terminal specific process; therefore, check each POS terminal in your store.
