(Optional) Printing the Direct Mail Relay Item Report (RDM)

Use the following procedure to print the True Value Direct Mail Relay Item Report (RDM) after receiving promotion information with EPM. Click here for a list of the benefits of printing RDM.

1. From the Eagle Browser, click True Value Telecommunications Menu, then click Direct Mail Relay Item Report (RDM). The Direct Mail Relay Item Report window displays.

2. Fill in the desired fields on the page. For a definition of each field, click here.

3. Click .  A page of options display. Fill in the desired options to determine which Direct Mail will print.  For a definition of each field, click here.

4. Click .  A page of fields displays. Fill in the desired fields. Multistore: enter the appropriate store number in the Store field.

6. Click .  A page of fields display. Fill in the desired fields. For a definition of each field, click here.

7. Click Run. The report will print.
