Use the following guidelines to create a Request (RQ) routine from which you'll print labels. These guidelines assume that you are already familiar with the RQ application.
In Output Type, select the fields you want to print on the label. If you want a particular field to designate the quantity of labels to print, be sure to include that field in your selection. For example, you may want to select the QOH (quantity on hand) field for this purpose. (Note: you must also enter the selected field in the Page Setup box)
In Utilities, select Format for Output, and ASCII_CSV. You do not have to create a data dictionary.
You must execute the procedure to create the CSV file. When you execute, select File, and type a Destination File Name. You do not have to create a data dictionary.
