Role-Based Security on System

(ID# 550) If you want to use Role-Based Security, this System option in Options Configuration must be set to Yes by Epicor. Role-Based Security allows you to assign roles— or groups of security bits— to users. When a user with Role-Based Security signs on, the system looks at the roles assigned to that user, and activates the user's security accordingly.
