Period Starting Date

This field is in the Print A/P Distribution to G/L (RAGL) Report window.

If you want to limit the transactions that print on the report, enter a period starting date in this field.  Make sure you also enter a period ending date in the Period Ending Date field.

If you want to include all transactions on the report, leave this field and the Period Ending Date field blank.

Epicor recommends that you purge the distribution file periodically as follows in the RAGL: answer YES to Purge File, put the date range through which you want to purge in the Period Starting Date and Period Ending Date fields, and put "I" for interfaced in the Distributions To Print field.
