You set up Eagle Catalog on the Eagle system. Set up includes:
Setting up the Control Stream, which allows you to receive catalog updates.
Loading the catalog data CD, which takes approximately one hour and requires a quiet system.
Setting up Function MTCC defaults, which allows you to add items from the catalog to your inventory (the Inventory Maintenance window).
Setting up POS defaults, which allows you to search the catalog from the POS Posting Screen.
Setting up catalog security, which allows clerks access to some of the features of the catalog.
Setting up catalog updating, which keeps your catalog up-to-date.
