Print the Open Orders/Pick Tickets Report (ROO) to report Pick/Pack/Ship / Customer Order Management transactions. Based on your needs and on the options you select, you can print various types of information that will help you track your PPS/COM orders and transfers.
From the Eagle Browser, click Reports Menu, Order Entry Reports, Open Orders/Pick Tickets (ROO). The Open Orders/Pick Tickets report window displays.
If you want to print a list of orders tha+t have transfers linked to them, do the following:
From the Transaction page, select Transaction Type O (orders).
From the Code Selection page, type an F in the fourth position of the Transaction Codes field.
Fill in any other fields on the report to further define your selections.

To print a list of "fulfilled" orders for which you've received an alert, or to print a list of fulfilled orders for which you have not received an alert, do the following:
From the Transaction page, select Transaction Type O (orders).
From the Code Selection page, type an A in the fourth position of the Transaction Codes field.
If you're printing a list of orders for which you've not received an alert, put a Y in the fourth position of the Exclude? field. Otherwise, leave the N in this field.
Fill in any other fields on the report to further define your selections.
