Eagle Mobile Overview

Eagle Mobile saves you time and improves customer service. As the Next Generation Mobile Platform for Epicor Eagle for Windows, Eagle Mobile has an easy-to-use graphical user interface, and provides the core inventory management, receiving and physical inventory features you rely on in Eagle for Windows. You can run multiple Eagle Mobile applications simultaneously; for example, you can perform a price check for a customer while doing physical inventory counts. The applications in Eagle Mobile include Inventory Management, Location Management, Receiving by PO, Receiving by Item, Physical Inventory, Item Lists, and Label Printing. Former RF users can still use the RF applications, if desired.

Eagle Mobile saves time by allowing you to receiving inventory, add UPC codes, and print new labels while at the receiving dock without ever going back to your workstation. This allows quicker restocking and fewer empty shelves. Customer service can be improved by providing on-the-spot information for customers on specific items. Eagle Mobile can quickly check the list price, loyalty price, quantity on hand (QOH), quantity on order (QOO), and arrival time of orders— all this without going back to the checkout counter or a workstation. In addition, if you are in the middle of physical inventory counts, you can still perform a price check for a customer without losing your place in your physical inventory counts.

To save more time, you can even update the master inventory file directly from Eagle Mobile. This means you don't have to run a report from your workstation after changing incorrect pricing, updating costs, or updating locations.
