Gift & List Registry Overview and Options
Overview
The Eagle Gift & List Registry application is a purchase option which allows you to offer a value-added service to your customers. This is a wish/shopping list held by you, the retailer, for the consumer and promotes retailer/consumer engagement. The Gift & List Registry may also attract new consumers to your business and increase sales and revenue. This product can work as a stand-alone module or in conjunction with the iNet Business Suite (recommended). Please contact your Epicor Sales Representative for details

- There are two Versions:

- Stand-alone: Is not integrated with iNet and does not have an eCommerce store.
- iNet integrated: Has an eCommerce store and provides more features/functionality.

- TFP (Technology Foundation Package)
- iNet Business Suite is recommended for online purchases
Options Setup
After purchasing the Gift & List Registry module, a phone trainer will contact you to configure your specific login and site information. The Epicor Licensing group will ensure that you have the proper options enabled to move forward with launching your site.
- MSY – Compass Database on System = T or Yes
- MSY – 8888 Eagle N Series on System = Yes
- MSY – 1138 Gift Registry Allowed = No
- E4W – 1046 E-Buisness Suite on System = Yes
- E4W – 1077 iNet Gift Registry on System = Y Kept by store
- E4W – 1078 iNet Gift Registry on System (system wide) = Y
Functionality
- A Carousel is available on the homepage to advertise products/projects (i.e. Gift Cards)
- Links to social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) are available on the homepage.
- Users can search for registries by name, type, and timeframe
- An RF Gun can be used to walk the floor and create a list, which can then be imported into the registry.
- Pre-populated project lists can be created by the retailer and added to a registry by a user.
- Both the retailer and the user can create a registry or list profile –this can be made public or private
- Both the retailer and the user can add items to the list(s).
- Both the retailer and the user can modify, view, and communicate the list of items.
- The registry can be printed by the consumer to use as a shopping list.
- Items can be purchased from the list.
