Aftermarket ConneX (AConneX) is an internet-based parts sourcing platform connecting automotive aftermarket trading partners. Eagle automotive systems utilize AConneX both as buyers through Warehouse Inquiry and as sellers receiving orders through AConneX from many ordering platforms such as Internet Auto Parts, all supported Epicor aftermarket systems, and many others.
To begin using AConneX on Eagle to receive customer orders, you must first register with AConneX and identify your AConneX registered customers authorized to buy from you. The Eagle system must be configured to communicate with AConneX. Contact your support representative to become AConneX-enabled.
Eagle provides a number of configuration options to control how your AConneX orders are processed. These include settings to define alerts for incoming orders, to control printing, the type of alternate substitutions that are allowed, etc. Each AConneX ordering customer record must have an alternate customer ID containing the AConneX ID that is passed through AConneX to identify the customer and store assignment on the Eagle system.
