Adding Shrinkage History Records

If you set up your system to keep shrinkage history, then shrinkage history records are created automatically.  However, periodically you may need to add a shrinkage record manually.  For example, if you deleted a shrinkage history record because it was posted to the wrong Shrinkage Type, then you can re-add it to the correct Shrinkage Type using the following procedure.

  1.   Display the Physical Inventory Shrinkage History viewer.

  2.  Click Add.  A dialog box displays.

  3. Fill in the fields and then click OK.
