This field in Physical Inventory Shrinkage History (MPH) shows the period-to-date's (PTD) shrinkage incidents for the displayed item. Each grid entry displays history for one shrinkage type only. Thus, the same item may appear in the grid more than once if it has more than one shrinkage type.
If you are adding a shrinkage record (by pressing the Add button on the toolbar), enter the number of incidents of PTD shrinkage for the shrinkage type you entered in the Shrinkage Type field.
